China developer should be filthy rich, why do they even bother to share with profit with the locals?

Weird, I borrow money from you, just so I can create something and sell it back to you. Does it sound right now?

You can look at it this way or you can look at it as an diversified risk and profit sharing.

Whether it is diversify or not, you don't come into our landed and ask for investment if later you are earning back from us. If you are seeking money to build China properties, by all means.

Do you go to your friend's house, use his kitchen and cook everyone a meal, then charge him for it?

I like your analogy.

In the past Chinese thinking is I will invade you if you don't surrender, there is where so many war hero emerge.

Now the Chinese will be like - if you don't become part of us, we buy and scam everything from you. Just look at hong kong. Maybe their next target is singapore.
