Give your customers alternative or 2nd best but never disappoint them

Most of the time people will outrightly reject their customers when something is not available without thinking further.

NEVER reject your customer, I am personally practicing this.

In my line of work there will always be alternatives or the 2nd best that suits my client's need - in term of premium, coverage and rider. Always remember one thing, when you let your customer go to seek a 2nd opinion, likely he will become your ex-customer. Let you be the only subject matter expert he will seek when there is an issue. Always have the best and 2nd best information in your head, the rest of the information can be within your fingertip.

If you have tell some lies to your customers , then lie but with full of confidence.....
Bcoz, it's good for your business some times......
