1. Buy a private house under your own name.

2. Register a private limited company.

3. Rent the house to the private limited company and let the company do all kind of renovations.

4. Your interest from loan mortgage is claimable under personal name

5. All renovation is to be claimed under the company

6. All your power and utility can be used as tax relieve

7. Your groceries and daily expenses can be used as tax relieve as you are staying in the same place you work, you are actually using it for work

8. All your income goes into the private limited, 1st and 2nd year and tax rebate.
(Just keep on registering a new company after the 2nd year)

9. Too many benefits to be listed, ask your accountant

10. Profit.

This is the best idea I seen so far. It is a pity HDB residential cannot rent it out for commercial purposes, otherwise it will be dope ass revolutionary.

This is the best idea so far. I hope URA don't suddenly come out with some rules and regulations that deny this.

This is a fantastic idea especially for people who own landed. You can basically convert that into a shop and your residence
